This morning started off with the children prepping apples to make applesauce. Our classroom smells amazing right now and we should have a yummy snack by 1:30pm :)
This morning we also had COL. The kids did a great job singing their color songs and signing too!

After COL the students had Guidance with Mrs. Ferguson. They have Guidance every Friday morning. This morning were working on making Snail (see the puppet on Mrs. Ferguson's hand) feel welcome by saying kind things to help him come out of his shell.
Lastly, with Halloween approaching, all of the kindergarteners and teachers got together on Wednesday afternoon and listened to the story I Need My Monster by Amanda Noll. Then each child did a directed drawing of a monster. These monster drawings are now up in our classroom Art Gallery.
